Terms and Conditions

By booking a service, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Ash Edits Brands ("I," "me," "my"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

I provide brand voice development, copywriting, and website content services, including The Audit, The Original Voice, and The Ultimate Boss, as described on my website. Scope is outlined on each product page and confirmed at booking.

The Audit is paid in full at booking. The Original Voice and The Ultimate Boss require a 50% deposit at booking to commence work, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery and copyright handover. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in AUD and may be updated for future bookings.

Discovery calls may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Projects cancelled after work has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

Audit fees are non-refundable once the audit process has commenced. Deposits for larger packages are non-refundable once discovery has begun, reflecting time already committed to the project.

If there's a major failure with the service, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused portion. You can also claim compensation for any reduced value. If the problem isn't a major failure, I'll fix it within a reasonable time. If I don't, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused portion.

Each service includes one round of revisions on core deliverables, as outlined on the relevant product page. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Copyright and ownership of all deliverables remain with Ash Edits Brands until the final balance is paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to you. I retain the right to reference completed projects in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

I treat all business and personal information shared with me as confidential, and won't share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to deliver services (e.g. Stripe for payments).

While I bring my full expertise to every project, I can't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, traffic, conversions), as these depend on factors outside my control. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Your board gives you a plan and the content to post. Followers, reach and sales also depend on how often you post and on platform changes. So I don't promise specific numbers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
